Please use this proforma to submit a meeting to the Anglian GP website.
Please help us to put your meeting onto the website accurately.
See the notes at the bottom of the form for further help.

What is the topic?*(Title, Speaker's name and position, Target audience, Type of course e.g. small group workshop, training session, refresher etc, Cost, accreditation if applicable, if certificate provided)
What is the date of your meeting?*
On which page (URL) should it appear*? (see notes about URL below)
When does the meeting start and end?
Provide an email or Tel. No. for people RSVP to your meeting. (Secretary or Course Organiser)
Where is the Venue? (State name, type of venue e.g. post-graduate centre, and post code)
If you have a flyer or poster to accompany the meeting (preferably in Adobe pdf) please email this directly to admin@angliangp.org.uk after you have completed the form.

File Types
We can open all file types you send us and download speeds are not an issue, but the visitors to the website might have a slow connection or older versions of software. Please save documents as pdf if possible, or if you are sending word documents send as either RTF or Word 97-2003. Please avoid the newer docx file extension.
Submitting Power Points need the older version and please reduce the graphic prior to sending, try to get the file size to well below 10MB.
